On Thursday night, the City Council approved the funding to purchase a Kubota Track Unit Excavator with a dozer blade, a 12 and 18-inch trenching bucket and hydraulic quick connect kit. The unit will be used for playground equipment installation, planting trees, and various construction projects across the City.
Additionally, the purchase includes an RTVX1140WL that will be equipped with a full light kit for the Park’s new TxDOT ROW crew that will be used to maintain the areas along SH146 and Spur 330.
The funding of $57,804.72, will be available October 1st.
