Pursuit of a 18-Wheeler in West Houston/Hwy99

(HOUSTON) Roughly about 11:00 P.M on October 29, 2018, H.C.S.O; had a pursuit of an 18-wheeler. The chase ended closed to exit 737 near Pederson. The adult truck driver that was suspected of a DWI was detained by H.C.S.O. On investigation, H.C.S.O., found an adult female, an 8-year old child, and a 1-year old child in the cab of the truck. The male suspect age 37-years-old was charged with Evading, Felony DWI with child passenger, Aggravated Assault with a motor vehicle (attempted to strike a Deputy.
