The Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional Amber Alert for the Houston Police Department for endangered missing 3-year old Clayber Victor Larosa-Reyes. Clayber is a 3-year-old Hispanic male, has black hair and brown eyes, is 3'0", weighs 45 pounds and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and sandals.
Investigators believe that there is a threat to the child's welfare at this time.
Please report any information about this missing person to the police by calling 9-1-1.
The suspect, Ingrid Urbina-Centeno, is the ex-girlfriend of the mother of the 3-year-old child. Ingrid is a 26-year-old Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes.
At 12:15 p.m. today, Oct. 21, 2019, the suspect took the 3-year-old child. The suspect told the mother of the child, Maria Garcia-Reyes, "I'm going to kill your son so it hurts you the way it hurt me when you left me." The suspect then left with the child.
The suspect was driving a gray, 4-door Toyota Corolla, with Texas License Plate LXR1070. The mother left in pursuit of the suspect and the mother has not been heard from since as well. Also missing is Claybers' mother, Maria Susana Garcia-Reyes. Maria is 29 years old and Hispanic.
They were all last see in SW Houston near Gessner Rd. and Bellaire Blvd. Anyone with information regarding the missing child or mother is asked to immediately call the Houston Police Department at 713-308-3600.
DO NOT attempt to apprehend the suspect. Please call police right away if you spot her.
