Charges have been filed against Erik Arceneaux that is currently wanted in Woman's disappearance and death

The suspect, Erik Arceneaux, age 47, is charged with murder in the 178th State District Court for his role in the disappearance and death of his girlfriend, Maria Rodriguez, 29. 

HPD Homicide Division Detectives G. Sullivan and M. Condon reported:

Maria Rodriguez was reported missing by her family on June 2018.  Since that time, an extensive investigation has revealed her boyfriend, Arceneaux killed her.  Neither Maria's body nor Arceneaux has been located.
