Failure to appear lands Mayes in custody

Baytown Police arrested Tremain Mayes over an outstanding Harris County Warrant on October 24, 2019. Mayes had to answer for a Class A Misdemeanor against the violence of a family member. The case was filed on 08/02/2019. The bond of $3,000.00 was made but failed to appear. The court has ordered a keep under seal an early identification of suspected mental illness or intellectual disability on August 03, 2019. Today, October 25, 2019, he has court to answer the warrant.
