Attempt theft of a bicycle - Hispanic male in question

On Monday, November 25^th at 2:27 p.m., Baytown Police responded to a bicycle theft in the 2700 block of Mckinney Road.  The complainant looked outside her house and saw a Hispanic male wearing a green shirt stealing her son’s bicycle.  The complainant reported the male traveled north on Mckinney Road, while operating the bicycle. The complainant followed the male in her vehicle to Chase Village Mobile Home Park, located at 2916 Mckinney Road, where the male got off the bicycle and ran on foot into the mobile home park.  The complainant lost sight of the male and she recovered the bicycle.
