Hispanic male exposed his genitals in Target

On November 12^th at 3:09 p.m., officers responded to the Target located in the 4500 block of Garth Road in reference to a subject who had reportedly exposed himself. Upon arrival, officers contacted the complainant and learned that while she was shopping a Hispanic male exposed his genitals to her then left the store. The suspect was described as approximately 6 ft. tall, wearing a blue hoodie, black shirt, and blue jeans with tattoos on his face and neck. The suspect left the store and was last seen leaving the area in a gold-colored passenger car.
