2 arrested in reference to a suspicious vehicle

On Tuesday, December 3^rd at 2:56 a.m., Baytown Police responded to 305 West Baker Road in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Officers contacted 21-year-old Anthony Bowden and 21-year-old Justice Morton in a Nissan Altima.  Bowden was found to have a warrant out of Baytown for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility. Morton was found to be in the possession of drug paraphernalia and was taken into custody.  Morton and Bowden were transported to the Baytown Jail where they were booked in.
