Nancy Pelosi invited the POTUS to give a speech for the upcoming SOTU on February 04, 2020, just two days after the POTUS was unlawfully impeached due to a hersay impeachment hearing. Former President Clinton gave his remarks in 1999, at the SOTU during the Senate Trial. President Trump did not accept the invitation as of December 20, 2019.
