HARRIS COUNTY - On January 10, HCFMO investigators charged Desmond Miller with arson for a residential fire that occurred on 08/09/19 in the 11800 block of Greenmesa Dr. Miller ignited combustible materials with intent to cause damage to property belonging to another.
