On December 5, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 19300 block of the North Freeway in reference to a male exposing himself and engaging in lewd conduct while inside of a Boot Barn store.
The suspect had fled the location prior to the deputy's arrival. After a thorough investigation, Constable Deputies were able to positively identify the suspect as Seth Riddle.
Further investigation revealed that this is his third Indecent Exposure charge.
“Seth Riddle is currently wanted by law enforcement for Indecent Exposure. His bond is set at $100.00 out of County Court 15. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement." - Constable Mark Herman
