Total closure of all mainlanes of I-10 East Freeway WB at Thompson in City of Baytown happening now until Monday at 5am. Work is needed so crews can reopen the I-10 WB bridge over the San Jacinto River.
Heavy traffic at the moment, so plan ahead. One lane is open eastbound/outbound.
Westbound/inbound total shutdown - may want to consider 330, 146, or 2100 as alternate routes.
