City Council authorized the payment in an amount not to exceed $100,000 to Olson & Olson, LLP, for legal services in connection with APTLA v. City of Baytown; Cause No. 1156692, in the County Civil Court at Law No. 1, Harris County, Texas. Because of the various filings and discovery matters concerning this lawsuit, additional funds are needed in order to bring this case to conclusion.
