Cooper arrested over a warrant for tampering or fabricating with physical evidence out of Harris County

On Tuesday, August 20^th at 5:26 p.m., Baytown officers located 38-year-old Tony Cooper in the 3800 block of Massey Tompkins Road after he was found to have a warrant for tampering or fabricating with physical evidence out of Harris County. Cooper was arrested and transported to the Baytown Jail.
