5 p.m. Mayor Turner will speak at the Booker T. Washington Alumni Scholarship Banquet 3000 North Loop West

6:40 p.m. Mayor Turner will attend the Ensemble Theatre Mayor's Reception and Gala 1600 Lamar St.
