Story of a suspicious person in the 2600 block of W. Main Street in Baytown

On August 27th at 9:27 p.m., Baytown Police responded to the 2600 block of West Main Street in reference to a suspicious person.  The complainant reported his neighbor’s friends knocked on his door by mistake.
