On August 27th at 2:30 p.m.,
Baytown Police responded to 305 West Baker
Road in reference to a disturbance.
The complainant reported she and her
husband, later identified as 37-year-old Mark
Licerio, were involved in a verbal disturbance
that turned physical. The complainant reported
Licerio punched her in the face and threatened
her while pointing a hand gun at her.
The complainant had minor injuries from the
incident. The Harris County District
Attorney’s Office was contacted and charges of
aggravated assault were accepted on Licerio.
