Warrant issued for a black male after HCDAO accepted charges for debit card abuse

On August 17^th Baytown Police responded to the 700 block of North Circle in reference to several burglaries in the area. 

Baytown officers found nine vehicles burglarized. One of the complainants notified officers an unknown person attempted to use her debit card at Texas Avenue Food Mart, located at 400 West Texas.  The debit card was stolen during the burglary of her vehicle.  A Baytown detective watched the surveillance video from the store and identified the actor by name and sight.  The Harris County District Attorney’s office was contacted and charges were accepted on the 31-year-old black male actor for debit card abuse. A warrant will be issued for the black male’s arrest at a later date.
