City Council authorized the grant of two Rights of Way and Easements to Wink to Webster Pipeline

[BAYTOWN] On Monday, November 18, 2019, the city council authorized the grant of two Rights of Way and Easements to Wink to Webster Pipeline, LLC ("WTW") over property located north of the City's Animal Control Facility, which facility is addressed as 705 N. Robert C. Lanier Drive, Baytown, TX 77521.

WTW desires to obtain an easement for a 36" pipeline through the property of the City along with a temporary workspace.  WTW shall be responsible for the maintenance of the easement and may not assign the same without the express consent of the City.  The City may continue to use the property; however, such use cannot interfere with WTW's use of the same.  The City will be specifically prohibited from placing any permanent structure, drives or roadways within the easement area without the express approval of WTW.  The pipeline will be a minimum depth of 36" below the surface of the ground, ditches or creeks.  The proposed easement grants this interest in land without warranty of title.
