On January 12, 2020, at 3:38 p.m., Baytown Police observed Melissa Frautschi 40, years old, walking onto the property of the 200 block of Graham Street, and was attempting to steal several items from an open carport. Frautschi was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass.
