Physical fight at a party led into fatal incident

Overnight Harris County Sherriff Department responded to a physical fight broke out between two males at a gathering at a party venue located at 129 Holtman (near Airline Dr & Hambrick). 

One male pulled out a knife, the other pulled out a gun. The male with the gun fired multiple shots striking the other armed man.  A Hispanic male around 30-years old was pronounced at the scene. The male that fired the shots remained at the event and the investigation is underway. The case will be presented to a Harris County Grand Jury.
