Sean McCafferty booked over a Class C Assault Family Violence

On January 2^nd at 3:25 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 10 block of Crestbriar. Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant who advised her boyfriend, 22-year-old Sean McCafferty, had arrived home intoxicated and the two got into a verbal altercation. During that altercation, Sean grabbed the complainant and threw her to the ground and as a result officer placed Sean under arrest and transported him to the Baytown Jail where he was booked for Class C Assault Family Violence.
