On January 7th at 12:27 a.m., officers were investigating two suspicious people walking around a closed business in the area of Beaumont and Knowlton. During that investigation, officers learned that one of the subjects, identified as 40-year-old` Thomas Frisbee of Baytown, had two outstanding felony warrants out of Harris County, one for Possession of a Controlled Substance and one for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Frisbee was transported to the Baytown Jail where he was booked on those warrants
