District Attorney's Office accepted charges against Chery Morin-Alarcon

On Wednesday, February 26th at 10:03 a.m., Baytown Police responded to Buc-ees, located at 4080 I-10, in reference to a suspicious vehicle.  The Loss Prevention Officer reported he had 41-year-old Chery Morin-Alarcon detained for using a credit card to purchase diesel fuel that did not belong to him. The second unidentified male actor left the location in a grey Chevrolet pick-up truck after an off duty officer attempted to detain him. The officer ordered the male to stop and exit the vehicle, but he ignored the officer and evaded.  The officer lost sight of the Chevrolet truck once it left the parking lot.   The second actor struck the off duty officer’s personal vehicle as he fled the scene.   After Alarcon was interviewed by Baytown Detectives the Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and Credit Card Abuse charges were accepted on Alarcon.
