Roberto Pena booked on the warrants and for being in possession of synthetic THC

On February 12th at 8:28 p.m., officers arrested 40-year-old Roberto Pena of Baytown in the 2200 block of Kentucky after he was found to have several local warrants and be in possession of synthetic THC.

Roberto was transported to the Baytown Jail where he was booked on the warrants and for being in possession of synthetic THC.
