On May 4th at 6:18 p.m., officers responded to a family disturbance, involving a brother and his pregnant sister, at a residence in the 600 block of East Sterling. Upon arrival officers observed the two subjects involved in a verbal altercation outside the residence. During the course of the investigation, the male subject, identified as 19 year old Mike Flores of Baytown, was being uncooperative and continued to be antagonistic towards the female complainant. After several attempts to have Flores step away and stop his aggressive behavior and him refusing to comply, officers attempted to place Flores under arrest. As officers attempted to handcuff Flores he pulled away and pushed one of the officers. Officers were quickly able to take Flores to the ground and get him into custody. As they were escorting Flores to a patrol car he continued being uncooperative with the officers. Flores was ultimately transported to the Baytown Jail where he was booked on charges of Resisting Arrest through the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
