Back on May 4th officers responded to a report of a forgery. Officers contacted the complainant and learned that someone had forged one of her checks in the amount of $1000.00. During the investigation, detectives learned that the check had been deposited into an account at a Chase Bank via an ATM in Houston by a black male.
