On July 9th at 10:56 a.m., officers responded to a report of a theft at the Kroger in the 6300 block of Garth. upon arrival officers contacted the complainant, a store employee, and learned that two black females had entered the store and purchased $1500.00 worth of gift cards and other miscellaneous items with what is believed to be a fraudulent credit card. Detectives are investigating.
