BPD responded to an urgent check the welfare call for service on July 15, 2020, at 4:15 p.m., in the 4200 block of North State Highway 146, due to a 46-year-old male being unresponsive in a vehicle. The male was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
The police conducted an inventory of the vehicle and located several oxycodone pills in an unlabeled prescription bottle. BPD will obtain a warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance to arrest the male at a later date.
