On July 14th at 9:41 a.m., officers responded to an accident in the 500 block of North Main. While investigating that accident officers found the passenger of one of the vehicles, identified as Agustin Smith Jr., and found he had an outstanding warrant out of Harris County for Human Trafficking. Smith was placed under arrest and transported to the Baytown Jail where he was booked on the warrant.
