Report of Shots Fired in the 900 Block of Dancing Sun Court

On November 22^nd at 2:14 a.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 900 block of Dancing Sun Court. Upon arrival, officers contacted the complainant and learned that someone had fired a round through one of the window of his upstairs game room. During the investigation officers determined that a neighbor was cleaning a handgun and had an accidental discharge of the weapon, which resulted in the bullet breaking going through one of his windows and into the complainant’s window. No one was injured and no charges were pursued by the complainant.
