BAYTOWN - On Thursday, November 26, 2020, roughly around 11:34 a.m., Baytown Fire Companies responded to Magellan Ridge Lane nearest cross-street was County Club Drive and Emperor Valley Lane, in reference to a residential structure fire. The caller told Baytown 911, that "there was a fire in the stove and there were cats inside the house." The caller also said black smoke was coming from inside the house.
According to the Incident Command, "nothing was showing on arrival but found a small fire in the stove. All responding companies were placed back in service while Engine 1 handled the small fire."
No injuries were reported. All animals that were inside the house were saved!
