On November 9th at 2:274 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance at the Motel 19 in the 3400 block of North Alexander. Upon arrival officers made contact with a male, identified as 28 year old Brandon Thompson of Baytown, who advised he and his girlfriend, identified as 36 year old Patricia Martin of Baytown, had in fact been in an argument but insisted that Patricia had left the premises. Officers would ultimately locate Patricia hiding in the bathroom and learned that she actually had an outstanding felony warrant out of Harris County for Possession of a Controlled substance. Both Patricia and Brandon were placed under arrest and transported to the Baytown Jail where Patricia was booked on her outstanding warrant and Brandon was booked and charged with Interfering with Public Duties through the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for his attempt to hide Patricia.
