On November 29th at 12:14 a.m., officers responded to a 911 hang up in the 2300 block of Buchanan. Upon arrival officers learned the complainant and her husband had been in an argument and when she called 911 the husband grabbed the phone out of her hand and smashed it on the floor, disconnecting the 911 call. The husband fled the scene prior to the officer's arrival. Charges of Interfering with Emergency Communications are pending on the husband.
