City Council authorizes the purchase of ten (10) Chevrolet Police Vehicles, related emergency equipment and installation from Ed Morse Automotive, LLC, d/b/a Freedom Chevrolet, through the Tarrant County Cooperative Agreement #2019-014, in the amount of $624,050 for the Police Department.
These are replacement vehicles that will be outfitted with the appropriate emergency equipment and technology to effectively serve our citizens. The vehicles are being purchased using budgeted funds from the Police Department FY 2020-21 budget. The funds for this purchase will become available January 1, 2021.
