CoB APPROVED the Third Amendment to the Economic Development Agreement with San Jacinto Retail Associates, LLC

The City Council authorizes the Third Amendment to the Economic Development Agreement with San Jacinto Retail Associates, LLC.

This Third Amendment merely dispenses with the time limitation to call a party in default of the agreement.  Previously, the parties had to give notice of default within one year.
