BAYTOWN - On December 13, 2020, around 10:35 pm., Baytown EMS is responded to a call on Maynard Street, of a subject having a mental breakdown and throwing stuff and yelling.
According to dispatch, the police department requested that the subject get a medical evaluation.
Background:
Baytown PD responded to that address at 10:30 p.m. in reference to a subject that was having a mental breakdown of an address in the 911 system that the party of the residents living there was labeled to have COViD-19.
According to law enforcement officials, the officers that were responding to the scene were fully conscious of the subject living there to have mental problems due to prior incidents.
