Report of a Stove Fire in the 300 block of West James

BAYTOWN - On December 29, 2020, at 6:20 p.m., fire companies responded to the 300 block of West James in reference to a stove fire. On arrival, a fire company quickly started to investigate the area and found no evidence of smoke or flames visible. 

Baytown Dispatch asked the fire companies to switch to TAC 2, however, the dispatcher was switching from Primary to TAC 2 in this incident. The first-in handled the firebox without further incident. 

The IC placed further resources back in service. No injuries were reported in this incident.
