HIGHLANDS - Around 4:42 p.m., on December 29, 2020, traffic was backed up east and westbound on East Wallisville Road in the 2500 Block, in reference to a minor accident. According to the property management of Country Terrence Apartments, a vehicle was driving recklessly after a disturbance within the complex. According to law enforcement, no one was injured in the incident. The traffic was cleared by 4:53 p.m.
