One person rescued and transported to the hospital from a reported House Fire in the Alief Area

ALIEF - Houston Firefighters arrived in the 11200 block of Concho on July 14, 2021, at 3:51 a.m. within seven minutes to find a house on fire. While working to control the fire, they made entry to conduct a primary search. Upon entry the crew of Ladder 76 found thick smoke and located an unresponsive adult female. They safely removed her from the home and the HFD EMS crews transported her to the hospital. A dog was also found and rescued from the home. Firefighters controlled and extinguished the fire located in the attic and turned the gas off to the home. The cause of the fire is under investigation by Arson Investigators.
