Fire Under Investigation of the House Fire in The Alief Area

On  July 29, 2021 at 1:37 p.m., the Houston Fire Department was dispatched to the 9200 block of Kindlewood in reference to a residential structure fire. 

According to the press release, the Firefighters arrived on the scene within four minutes to find smoke coming from a 2-story house. They extinguished a fire on the patio area and checked for extension inside the home. The fire had spread to the beams and rafters of the patio walls through the second-floor attic area. A primary search was completed with no one found and the homeowner was on the scene. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause of the fire. There were no reports of injuries in this incident.
