1: Conduct the second public hearing concerning an amendment to the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) text in order to adopt enabling language for the creation of overlay districts with the primary goal of creating a uniquely-built environment for the City of Baytown.
2: Conduct the second public hearing concerning a request to amend the official zoning map to rezone approximately 400 acres generally located along south of the frontage on Interstate Highway 10 (IH10), west of Garth Road, north of Archer Road, and east of John Martin Road including multiple parcels, all within Baytown, Harris County, Texas, from an Open space/recreation (OR), General Commercial (GC) and Single-family estate (SFE) zoning districts to Livable center (LC) and General Commercial (GC) zoning districts.
3: Conduct the second public hearing concerning proposed text amendment to the Unified Land Development Code regarding a new mixed-use overlay district in the San Jacinto Boulevard area.
4: Conduct the second public hearing concerning a request to amend the official zoning map to rezone approximately two (2) acres, located approximately 1200 feet to the west of Crosby Cedar Bayou Road and approximately 1100 feet south of Blue Heron Parkway, legally described as part and out of Tract 1L, 1L-1, and 10A of Christian Smith Survey Abstract 69, Harris County, Texas, from an Open space/recreation (OR) zoning district to a Mixed residential at low to medium densities (SF2) zoning district.
5: Conduct the second public hearing concerning a request to amend the official zoning map to rezone approximately 28.78 acres, an unaddressed parcel, located along the northern frontage of Interstate Highway 10 (IH10) directly north of the off-ramp to Crosby Lynchburg Road/Highlands, legally described as Reserves A and B, Block 1, San Jacinto Baytown RV Resort, Harris County, Texas, from a General Commercial (GC) zoning district to a Light Industrial (LI) zoning district.
6: Conduct the second public hearing concerning a request to amend the official zoning map to rezone approximately 45.46 acres, an unaddressed parcel, located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Interstate Highway 10 (IH10) Frontage Road and John Martin Road, legally described as Tract 1, Block 46, Elena Fruit & Cotton Farms C, Harris County, Texas, from an Open space/recreation (OR) zoning district to a General Commercial (GC) and Mix residential at low to medium densities (SF2) zoning district.
