Harris County DA Office accepted the charge against Garza

On December 17^th at 9:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the Best Stop located in the 3600 block of North Alexander. Upon arrival, officers were directed to a subject exiting the store, who was identified as Aaron Garza of Baytown. Garza appeared intoxicated and was detained while officers investigated the incident. During the investigation officers learned that Garza had been inside the store creating a disturbance, smashing soda cans and eating chips. Based on the damage to the products inside the store officers decided to place Garza under arrest and during a search, officers found hydrocodone and alprazolam in his pocket. As result Garza was ultimately charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance through the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Garza was transported to the Baytown jail where he was booked on those charges.
