On January 21st at 11:078 p.m. officers responded to the Centennial Square Apartments to assist the Baytown Fire Department Arson Investigators who were on scene investigating a fire that had occurred inside one of the apartments earlier in the evening. As a result of their investigation Arson Investigators determined that 51-year-old Bobbie Thompson had apparently started the fire in her apartment, therefore she was placed under arrest for Arson and transported to the Baytown Jail where she was booked.
