HCSO welcomed 29 experienced law enforcement officers

According to the 2019 U.S Census, Harris County serves an estimated 4,664,159 with a growth rate of 0.76% in the population. 

Today, January 06, 2020, the Harris County Sheriffs Department wholeheartedly welcomed 29 experienced law enforcement officers. Over the next several weeks, they will receive the finest training available in courtesy of the Harris County Sheriffs Patrol Training Staff.   

This is the Lateral Class PPD1-2020. Roughly 2,545 is sworn in as deputies of the Harris County Sheriff's Department.
