BAYTOWN - On January 5th at 12:38 a.m., officers responded to a complaint of loud music at a residence in the 1900 block of Kilgore. It should be noted over the past 12 months there have been 11 calls at this residence for loud music/noise. Upon arrival at the residence, officers located 29-year-old Pablo Salazar, 24-year-old Roel Manzanares, 43-year-old Francisco Manzanares and 39-year-old Jose Deleon outside the residence. All subjects were consuming alcohol and playing volleyball with loud music playing in the background. Due to the continued complaints over the past year, officers placed all four subjects under arrests for Unreasonable Noise violation and transported them to the Baytown Jail.
