On March 15th at 9:27 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 600 block of SH 146. During the course of the traffic stop the driver provided officers with a fictitious name, however officers were able to positively identify the driver as 39-year-old Danny Nicholas of Houston and found that he had an outstanding warrant out of Illinois. However, Illinois authorities would not extradite on the warrant so it was not confirmed, instead MR. Nicholas was placed under arrest for Failure to Identify, Driving with a Suspended License and No Insurance.
