On May 19th at 12:56 a.m., officers responded the Stripes in the 3400 block of Garth in reference to a theft that had just occurred. Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant and learned that a black male wearing gray pants and a blue shirt walked into the store, went to the beer cooler and grabbed three 20 pack cases of beer and fled the store without paying for the beer. The suspect fled in a gray Tan Chevrolet Avalanche.
