On May 27th officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 400 block of East James and during that stop they arrested three males and a female. One of the male, identified as Carlos Martinez, was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for Assault and was placed under arrest. The other subjects, 17 year old Rubin Villarreal, 19 year old Hailey Delgado and 21 year old Oscar Diaz were also arrested during the stop for various traffic violations and local warrants.
