On May 16th at 7:26 p.m. officers responded to a report of Animal Cruelty in the 4200 block of Crosby Cedar Bayou. Upon arrival, officers contacted the complainant who advised there were two horses on the property in question that were not being properly cared for.
The complainant advised the owner to drop the horses off at the property and only feeds them every other day. This case will be referred to the Harris County Animal Cruelty Task Force for further investigation.
